Errata
It happens to the best of us: The damaged Apollo 12 TV Camera Every book, despite numerous proof-reads and cross-checks, contains errors. "Live TV From the Moon" is no exception:
In Chapter 2: Faith 7 Slow Scan Television, on page 27, I erroneously state that Mercury had 7 manned flights, when in fact there were only 6.
In Chapter 3: RCA and the Block I TV Camera, on page 43, mention is made of the SIT tube being inside the RCA Block I camera. This is incorrect. The SIT tube had not yet been developed, and made its debut in the GCTA which first saw service in 1971.
